Social Media Comment Moderator for Facebook & Instagram ID-1421

Atlas Coffee Club is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Social Media Comment freelancer to help us manage and engage with our community on Facebook and Instagram. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for screening comments on our social media posts, determining if they require a response, and selecting the appropriate pre-written response when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor comments on Atlas Coffee Club’s Facebook and Instagram posts daily.
  • Assess whether comments need a response based on provided guidelines.
  • Choose and post from a list of pre-written responses when engagement is needed.
  • Flag any comments that may require escalation to the customer support or social media management team.
  • Maintain a positive and brand-aligned tone in all interactions.
