Your Ignite Internship Journey:

Depending on the route you take, you will rotate either across:

Media (Digital, Planning, and Investment):
Learn how media strategiescome to life. Understand how to plan, buy, and optimise media across digital, broadcast, and print channels. Get involved in driving campaigns and evaluating their performance to maximise impact.
Creative and Production:
Dive into the world of creative advertising and production. Learn how to craft compelling brand stories, support campaigns, and get hands-on experience with design, video production, and digital content creation.
Influence (PR and Sustainability):
Gain insight into the PR and communications landscape. Learn about shaping public perception, managing media relations, and how sustainability is increasingly influencing brand strategies. Assist with campaigns that drive positive change for businesses and society.

Recruitment Process:

Application Deadline:
The deadline to submit your application is 15th December.
Online Skills Assessment:
Once you apply, you’ll be asked to complete an online skills assessment. This will help us learn more about your strengths, skills and potential.
Recruiter Call:
You’ll have a call with a recruiter from our Early Careers team during the week commencing 16th December. This is your chance to ask questions, share your motivations, and learn more about the programme.
Assessment Centre:
Finally, successful candidates will be invited to an Assessment Centrebetween 15th and 23rd January 2025. Here, you’ll showcase your skills, participate in group tasks, and meet with our team to assess your fit for the programme.
