Develop and execute complex programs in the defense and space sectors.
Create and implement strategic plans to ensure successful program delivery.
Lead and manage a team of program managers to achieve project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of program activities.
Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
Identify and address program roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the program team.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations throughout the program lifecycle.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in defense and space technology to drive program innovation.
Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the program.
Represent Honeywell's Defense & Space division and promote our brand as a leader in the aerospace industry.
