Customer Service Specialist - Japanese and English speaking ID-1248

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our customers queries are handled professionally and orders are placed within the expected deadlines

This position reports to the Mission Prep Manager and is part of the Mission Prep department located in Singapore and will be hybrid. At Abcam, our vision is to be the most influential life sciences company for researchers worldwide.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Handle APAC including Japanend customers/distributors'queries on a wide range of topics including but not limited to delivery dates, stock availability, documentation and quotes
  • Processand manageorders for our Japanese distributor partners
  • Manage inbound contacts via 3 channels including phone, email and live chat
  • Deal with all hypercare situations including dealing with complaint and escalated customer cases
  • Owns eachcase from start to finish to ensure the customer is well informed at all stages of their experience
