  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for international markets to promote the brand and products of The Walt Disney Company.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all international marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and understand cultural nuances and preferences.
  • Create and manage international marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential initiatives.
  • Coordinate with local marketing teams in different countries to ensure alignment with global marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Monitor and track the performance of international marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and analysis to inform future strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in international marketing to continuously improve and innovate our approach.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives in various international markets.
  • Assist in the development and management of international marketing budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to international marketing.
  • Support the planning and execution of international events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing The Walt Disney Company and its values to international stakeholders and partners.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and brand identity to effectively communicate and promote them to international audiences.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for international expansion and growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Uphold and promote the company's mission, vision, and values in all international marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
  • Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In International Marketing, Preferably Within The Entertainment Or Media Industry.
  • Strong Understanding Of Global Market Trends And Cultural Differences.
  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
  • Proficiency In Multiple Languages And Experience Working With International Teams Is Highly Desirable.
