Description

The Full Time Clinical Laboratory Supervisor in Charlotte, NC, will assume responsibility for the technical operations of a specific laboratory section. This role ensures that all procedures are performed as defined in section policy and procedure, while assisting and supporting the Lab Director/Manager. As the supervisor of the assigned clinical area, the supervisor will lead the team to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Certification in MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), HTL(ASCP), CT(ASCP), or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in a specific laboratory section required
