Master Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other Applications: Acquire and maintain complete knowledge of the functional areas of our electronic medical eClinicalWorks ( eCW ) and dental record applications

Expert Advice: Serve as the primary support for EHR application needs. Help clinicians adapt and optimize applications
Workflow Redesign: help teams improve efficiency and effectiveness
Training: Build employee confidence by developing and leading application trainings, create training materials to help users proactively understand and adapt to new functionalities
Lead Change: Evaluate and analyze changes and new functionalities for EHR.

Required Experience:

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

2 years' experience in clinical applications support in the healthcare industry
Ability to work in Auburn & Grass Valley, occasional after-hours work
eClinicalWorks ( eCW ) experience, preferred
